Privacy

Vice City Studio is an unofficial fan toolkit for GTA VI. You can use most of it without an account. This page explains what we collect, why, and who helps us process it.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you join the waitlist or unlock a download. We use it to tell you about launches and updates. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
• What you give the tools — video ideas, prompts, screenshots and photos you upload, and YouTube links you paste. These are sent to our AI providers to generate your results. We don't sell them or use them to train our own models.
• Your face (optional) — if you set up “your face” in Creator Studio, the 1–3 photos you upload are stored with our image provider (Higgsfield) and used only to make thumbnails you ask for. You can remove them from Creator Studio at any time. Only upload photos of yourself.
• Account (optional) — if you sign in with your email, we store your saved face references, brand kit and thumbnail history with our database provider (Supabase) so they follow you across devices.
• Payments — handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. We never see or store your card details; we keep a reference to your purchase so your credits work.
• YouTube account (optional) — if you connect YouTube, we store an access token in a secure cookie on your device so we can read your channel's videos and stats and set thumbnails you choose to push. You can disconnect at any time from Creator Studio, or revoke access in your Google account settings.
• Basic technical data — your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit the free tools and prevent abuse. Our host keeps standard server logs.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep your purchased credits and (if connected) your YouTube link working. Your generation history, preferences and drafts are saved in your own browser's storage and never leave your device unless you use them in a tool. We don't use advertising cookies.

• fal.ai and Higgsfield — image generation
• Meshy — 3D asset retexture and remesh
• Stripe — payments
• Supabase — accounts and saved Creator Studio work (only if you sign in)
• Google Sheets — waitlist storage
• Google (YouTube API) — only if you connect your channel or use trending and analysis features

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, message us on Discord. Clearing your browser's site data removes your local history; note that it also removes the cookie that holds any unspent credits.

Children

Vice City Studio isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
